Common Questions
What does FRLS mean?
FRLS stands for Flame Retardant, Low Smoke. The outer sheath resists the spread of fire and gives off less smoke when it burns, which is why many buildings specify it for internal wiring.
Which cable do I need between the indoor and outdoor unit?
The core count and size are set by the AC manufacturer and listed in the unit’s installation manual. Send us the model number or a photo of the manual page on WhatsApp and we will match the cable.
Do you ship outside Chennai?
Yes. We ship across India. Send your list on WhatsApp to +91 89399 93555 and we will confirm stock, price and dispatch.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes. We bill with GST invoices (GSTIN 33AAKPJ2041G1Z6), so trade buyers can claim input credit.
Do you install or service equipment?
No. Refrigeration Centre supplies parts only. We do not install, service or manufacture equipment.
